[Entry 46:] Clockwork
[Voice:]
Another rather crazy weekend over and the start of a brand new month. [He gives a soft sigh.] I'm dreading it already despite being spared from this last one.
Ah, speaking of which, I've meant to ask the citizens. Are there any records or research perhaps you've performed on the carousel or the clock tower in the past? If you have, I would like a little of your time if I may.
Also, if anyone is in need of a room, I have several available for those interested. Feel free to contact me here. Thank you.

[A sigh from her, too, before she turns her attention to the rest of what he says.]
So you're researching the clock again?

And yeah. Something one of the citizens here made me wish to re-open the project.

So what was it that was so interesting?

Is Estelle all right, by the way?
Let me ask you. Have you ever seen the clock or the carousel stop moving?
no subject
[Rita doesn't know every detail, of course, but she figures her friend isn't exactly happy.]
Stop moving...Hmmm... I feel like there might've been something, but...I can't remember.

[He could only imagine so after what happened.]
That's what I wonder as well and figured I'd look into it once more. It'll break up the monotony of my current work anyhow.
no subject
Monotony? Just what kind of boring work have you been doing?

Aa. Perhaps you're right. It should never cease.

You know I'm right. That's what doing research means!
