[Estelle is well aware of the birds and the bees, how babies are made and everything. She's actually well educated in such things despite her innocent nature, though knowing is half the battle, right? It means she won't get curious for herself and accidentally scar herself in some way.

Though the City has decided that she's ignorant of such matters. To the point that it decided to change the very book she was reading into a rather... educational scene. Sure, she was reading a romance novel, but she always makes sure to choose rather clean ones. She's been warned of the City and what books it may throw at her...

...and now reading, she had a bit of difficulty deciphering what this current passage was, so she read it outloud.]

"He came back to my mouth and I kissed him, tasting myself which he tasted too."

What does that mean?

[She reads on…]

"I kissed him back and kissed his bare chest all the way down to the top of his… jeans…"

[Okay, this isn't what she was reading, or what she thought it was about, but she's rather sure she didn’t pick up that kind of book.]

"He moaned, stared at me wanting to take his co—"

[And with her face now completely flush, she slams her book shut and throws it across the table. Then looking towards her device, notices it's on and meekly moves in to shut it off. Oh, why of all things was that just broadcast. Curse her luck…

Judith! [She does not know how to explain this to her! Even if she is innocent!] I don't really feel like finishing it though...

I really don't want to read such an explicit scene...

[Honest question. She hasn't gotten the part about the book morphing and really wouldn't be surprised by a scene like that just sneaking up on Estelle in the middle of some romance novel.]

I'm rather sure the story I had picked out didn't have such a scene. Anyway, I honestly don't see why reading about such activities that belong in the bedroom would add to the story...

From what I understand, some people like stories like that.

I won't ever judge someone for liking such stories, just I would prefer not to read them myself.

[She nods.] I don't think there's anything wrong with it, either way.

I don't think anything's wrong with it either... [Lies, she does, just the way she was raised...] ...it's just hard to imagine what people would get out of reading such books.

Okay, then that sounds like a plan! [...juuust if it happens to be the next day when Judith decides to pick it up, it will be a clean, fluffy romance novel, with no scandalous scenes.]
