[OPEN ACTION - BACKDATED TO EARLIER]
I.
II.
[ooc; background/ooc plotting here~ if you want to encounter him somewhere else that's keen too, just wanted to give some ideas.]
I.
In the middle of the day, he's seated in a sunny spot out on the deck flipping through a Parisian magazine from a week or so ago with a cup of coffee beside him. His clothes are certainly appropriate for a first class passenger on the Gargantuan, if a little big in the shoulders; nonetheless he seems completely at ease.
The magazine's not getting much attention, though; mainly he's idly watching the people who pass by on their way about the ship.
II.
The evening finds him wandering around the interior of the ship, not lost but apparently not looking for anything in particular, if his actions are any indication.
The later it gets, the more dissatisfied and restless he looks.

She also can't resist an attractive man. When she comes across him in a hallway, she grins.]
Lost?
no subject
If only. There's hardly enough ship to be lost in.
no subject
Dunno about that- there are an awful lot of corridors. It's like they thought having them around would be good for the decor.
no subject
[He rolls his eyes. There are an awful lot of cherubs on this boat.]
I suppose I'm just eager to get back on shore.
no subject
[Cherubs and roses and shitty abstract art.]
no subject
Most people don't miss those aspects of a sea voyage, I'd think.

[She cocks her hip, crosses her arms]
If you're looking to waste some time, there's a card game going on in the smoking rooms. The dealer cheats, but don't they all.
no subject
[His smile isn't much warmer, maybe, but the look he's giving her is far from disinterested.]
Though I'm sure it's a sight more interesting than the dancing upstairs.
no subject
[Oh, and the smell. Rich people need to calm down.]
no subject
I'm open to suggestions.
no subject
[She is not sorry to be this forward in 1912.]
no subject
[Forward women in 1912 are generally women with bad reputations, which suits him entirely too well; less likely to be missed if they disappear.
With exaggerated, mock seriousness, he offers an arm.]
Perhaps we'd better find one?
no subject
[Cocked hip, cocked smile - she's practically purring at the proposition.]
no subject
And here I'd despaired of finding anyone fun.
no subject
[She winks. It's not really what she's here for - she mostly wants to see the ship, how it works. Maybe pick a few pockets from the glitz upstairs. Have some fun. That kind of thing.]
no subject
[Said utterly without judgment, or even much curiosity. Pick away, just not his pockets. But he does give her a wicked grin to match, and wicked grins are one of his specialties.]
no subject
All right, perhaps not. But it's a perk, anyway.
no subject
[Unless she has a better idea, he'll just take whatever turns seem least populated.]
What's your name?
no subject
[She watches where he's taking her, just in case.]
no subject
[His intentions are, for once, rather transparent. As tempting as it is, without an escape route he's not going to risk it.]
no subject
[She takes his arm, presses up against him.]
It's a pleasure to meet you.
no subject
[Ducking around a corner he leans on the wall, one arm around her waist in a wholly ungentlemanly fashion, pulling her closer still.]
no subject
sob sorry life > me lately ._.
take your time!!
no subject
And then he pulls back a little, still grinning like a wolf. It's not hesitance, he just likes to appreciate the sight.]
