[Mistletoe or no mistletoe, cold or no cold, Frankie goes for a run in the afternoon, enjoying what he can of the watery winter sunshine. He has errands he could be running, probably, but this curse is an obvious one and Frankie's not a fool.
Of course, he's outside, so it's not a foolproof strategy. During the day you might find him anywhere, though catching him might be a bit trickier.
After dark, down at the Raven, Frankie's tending bar. A rather crudely scrawled sign is propped up on the counter.
It reads, NO NECKING.]
